Refund & Cancellation Policy

Jewargi.com is an online platform that connects you with local businesses in Jewargi. Orders are fulfilled by the individual businesses (the "Seller"); Jewargi.com facilitates the order. This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work.
Order cancellation
- You may cancel an order any time before the Seller confirms or dispatches it, at no charge.
- Once an order is being prepared or is out for delivery, it can no longer be cancelled.
- To cancel, contact the Seller directly (phone/WhatsApp shown on the order) or write to us at info@jewargi.com.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
For COD orders no money is paid in advance, so a cancellation before dispatch simply closes the order — there is nothing to refund. Please accept and pay for orders you place; repeated refusal of COD orders may lead to COD being disabled for your account.
Online (prepaid) payments
If you paid online and the order is cancelled before dispatch, fails, or is not delivered, the amount is refunded to your original payment method, normally within 5–7 business days (timelines depend on your bank/UPI provider).
Food & perishable items
Food and other perishable items cannot be returned once delivered. If an item arrives wrong, damaged, or of poor quality, report it to the Seller and to us at info@jewargi.com within 2 hours of delivery (with photos where possible). Verified issues are refunded or replaced at the Seller's discretion.
Products & retail items
Defective, damaged, or incorrect products may be returned/replaced as per the Seller's terms. Used items, opened consumables, and personalised goods are generally non-returnable.
How refunds are issued
Approved refunds are made to the original payment method. Jewargi.com does not retain your payment; it is collected by the Seller or the payment gateway.
